Ultimate Vegan Chili Cheese Fry Nachos

Ingredients
- 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen sweet potato waffle fries
- 2 (15-oz) cans vegetarian chili (such as Amy's)
- 2 cups vegan shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (16-oz) container fresh salsa
- 1 (16-oz) container guacamole
- 1 cup sliced pickled jalapeño peppers
- ¾ cup matchstick-cut radishes
- ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 limes, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Bake fries according to package directions. Meanwhile, heat chili according to package directions.
- Mound fries in center of baking sheet. Top with chili and cheese. Return to oven, and bake 5 to 8 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
- Top nachos with salsa, guacamole, jalapeños, radishes, and cilantro. Serve with limes.
