Bite-Size Beef Stroganoff
Buttery Noodles and Broccoli with CheeseIngredients
- 3 lb beef stew meat, cut into small pieces
- 1½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
- 1 (14.5-oz) can beef broth
- ½ (6-oz) can tomato paste
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
Instructions
- Sprinkle stew meat with salt and pepper in a 5-or 6-quart slow cooker. Add mushrooms. Stir together broth, tomato paste, and soy sauce; pour over meat in cooker.
- Cover and cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours or until beef is tender.
- Stir sour cream into cooker, and cook just until thickened and heated. Serve over Buttery Noodles recipe.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg egg noodles
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 (10-oz) pkg frozen broccoli and cheese sauce
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook egg noodles according to package directions; drain and toss with butter until melted. Season with salt to taste.
- Cook broccoli according to package directions.
