Ingredients

  • 1 (28-oz) pkg frozen meatballs
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg angel hair coleslaw
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg matchstick-cut carrots
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp dark sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
  • 6 sub rolls, split and toasted

Instructions

  1. Bake meatballs according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, toss together coleslaw, carrots, cilantro, oil, and vinegar in a large bowl; season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Stir together mayonnaise and Sriracha. Spread mixture on cut side of rolls. Serve meatballs on rolls with desired amount of coleslaw.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (28-oz) pkg frozen extra-crunchy French fries
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
  • ½ cup chopped salted peanuts
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake fries according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, cook garlic in hot oil in a small skillet over medium heat 1 minute. Season fries with salt and pepper to taste; toss with garlic, oil, and place on a large platter.
  3. Drizzle with hot sauce; top with nuts and cilantro.
