Cheese-Garlic Biscuits
Ingredients
- ¾ lb ground beef
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp Greek seasoning
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ (12-oz) pkg frozen green peas
- 1 (10.5-oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (4-oz) pkg homestyle mashed potatoes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook beef and onion in an ovenproof skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Add Greek seasoning, garlic powder, and pepper. Spoon peas over meat mixture. Spread soup over peas, and sprinkle with cheese.
- Prepare potatoes according to package directions; dollop over cheese, and spread in an even layer.
- Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned and beef mixture is hot and bubbly.
