Grilled Rosemary-Garlic Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 1½ tsp dried crushed rosemary
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 lb bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs, skinned

Instructions

  1. Combine rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Squeeze juice from lemon over chicken; sprinkle with rosemary mixture.
  2. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill chicken, covered, on a grill rack rubbed with oil 30 to 35 minutes or until done, turning occasionally.

  • ¾ lb broccoli rabe
  • 1 organic red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1½ tsp fresh lemon juice

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook broccoli rabe and bell pepper in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring often, 4 minutes. Stir in garlic, salt, and red pepper.
  2. Cook 3 minutes or until broccoli rabe is crisp-tender. Remove from heat; drizzle with lemon juice.
