Grilled Rosemary-Garlic Chicken Thighs
Spicy Broccoli Rabe and Red Pepper
Ingredients
- 1½ tsp dried crushed rosemary
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ lemon
- 1 lb bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs, skinned
Instructions
- Combine rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Squeeze juice from lemon over chicken; sprinkle with rosemary mixture.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill chicken, covered, on a grill rack rubbed with oil 30 to 35 minutes or until done, turning occasionally.

- ¾ lb broccoli rabe
- 1 organic red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp crushed red pepper
- 1½ tsp fresh lemon juice
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook broccoli rabe and bell pepper in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring often, 4 minutes. Stir in garlic, salt, and red pepper.
- Cook 3 minutes or until broccoli rabe is crisp-tender. Remove from heat; drizzle with lemon juice.
