Grilled Aloha Barbecue Burgers
Caesar Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 cup barbecue sauce, divided
- 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 pineapple, peeled and cut into ½-inch-thick rings
- 1 red onion, cut into ¼-inch-thick rings
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 6 hamburger buns, split and toasted
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Stir together beef, ¼ cup barbecue sauce, and seasoning; shape into 6 patties.
- Grill patties, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Grill pineapple and onion 2 to 3 minutes per side or until charred. Top each patty with cheese, and let stand until melted.
- Spread mayonnaise and ¾ cup barbecue sauce on cut side of buns. Serve burgers on buns with pineapple and onion.
