Easy Barbecue Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ (18-oz) bottle barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Thread chicken onto bamboo or metal skewers. Sprinkle with paprika; season with salt and pepper. Brush with barbecue sauce.
  2. Grill, covered, 5 minutes per side or until chicken is done. Serve with additional barbecue sauce, if desired.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (28-oz) can cut green beans, drained
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 4 Tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 5 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 (4.7-oz) pkg scalloped potatoes

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange beans in a greased 11- x 7-inch baking dish. Combine sugar, butter, and garlic powder; pour over beans. Sprinkle with bacon. Bake 25 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
  2. Cook potatoes according to package directions.
