Cheesy Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup garlic-herb spreadable cheese
  • 2 lb chicken tenderloins (about 12)
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 12 slices center cut bacon
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spread garlic-herb cheese over 1 side of each chicken tenderloin; sprinkle with cheese. Wrap each tenderloin with 1 slice bacon; place on a greased wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Bake 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp and chicken is done. Sprinkle with onions.

  • 1 (10-oz) pkg mixed baby greens
  • 3 peaches, cut into wedges
  • ½ cup refrigerated balsamic dressing (such as Marie's)
  • 6 Tbsp coarsely chopped balsamic-glazed almond mix (such as Sahale Snacks)

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Combine greens and peaches in a bowl. Pour dressing over salad; toss. Top with nuts.
