Cheesy Sloppy Taco Sliders
Tortilla Chips with Pineapple-Chipotle Salsa
Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground sirloin
- 1 (8-oz) pkg diced three-pepper mix
- 1 (8-oz) pouch skillet taco sauce for ground beef (such as Frontera)
- ½ cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
- ¼ cup reduced-fat sour cream
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 12 slider buns (preferable whole wheat), toasted
Instructions
- Cook beef and bell peppers in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes or until beef is browned and crumbly. Add skillet sauce; cook 5 to 6 minutes or until simmering.
- Serve beef mixture, cheese, onion, sour cream, and cilantro on buns.

- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 cup chipotle salsa
- 1 (6-oz) pkg multigrain tortilla chips
Side Dish Instructions
- Combine pineapple and salsa in a bowl. Serve with chips.
