Pepperoni and Meatball Pizzas

Ingredients

  • ½ (16-oz) pkg bacon, chopped
  • 2 (11-oz) cans refrigerated thin pizza dough
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 (6-oz) pkg Canadian bacon, cut into half-moons
  • ¾ cup sliced pepperoni
  • 10 frozen meatballs, thawed and halved

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain.
  2. Preheat oven to 425°F. Unroll each dough onto a greased baking sheet to a 15- x10-inch rectangle. Bake 6 minutes.
  3. Spread ½ cup pizza sauce over each crust; sprinkle each with ½ cup cheese.
  4. Arrange Canadian bacon, pepperoni, meatballs, and bacon on crusts. Sprinkle each with 1 cup cheese.
  5. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is browned.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1½ quarts strawberry ice cream
  • 1½ cups lemonade

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Process 3 cups ice cream and ¾ cup lemonade in a blender just until smooth and blended. Pour into glasses. Repeat and serve immediately.
