Gooey Juicy Lucy Burgers
Potato Chips
Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 12 slices American cheese
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 6 hamburger buns, split and toasted
- ½ head iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Stir together beef, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Shape mixture into 12 thin patties. Place 1 slice cheese on center of 6 patties, tearing to fit. Top with 6 patties, pressing edges to seal.
- Grill patties, covered, 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Top each with 1 slice cheese; let stand until melted.
- Spread mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard on cut side of buns. Serve burgers on buns with lettuce and tomato.

- 1 (8-oz) pkg kettle-cooked potato chips
