Ingredients

  • ¼ cup quinoa
  • 4 cups baby kale 
  • ⅔ cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup glazed walnut pieces (such as Fresh Gourmet) 
  • ½ avocado, cubed
  • 3 Tbsp light raspberry vinaigrette (such as Kraft)

Instructions

  1. Prepare quinoa according to package directions. Cool slightly.
  2. Toss together kale, quinoa, strawberries, and chicken in a bowl. Sprinkle with cheese, nuts, and avocado; drizzle with vinaigrette.
