California Burger Bowls
Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 1 (3-count) pkg romaine lettuce hearts, shredded
- 1 pineapple, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 1 cucumber, cut into half-moons
- 3 Roma tomatoes, sliced
- ½ (16-oz) bottle avocado-Ranch dressing
Instructions
- Combine beef and seasoning; shape into 6 patties. Cook patties in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Slice burgers.
- Divide lettuce among 6 bowls. Top each with pineapple, avocado, cucumber, tomatoes, and burgers. Serve with dressing.
