No-Bake Key Lime Pie in a Jar

Ingredients

  • 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 2 (8-oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 2 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (7-oz) carton 2% reduced-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup Key lime juice
  • 1 (16-oz) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • Garnish: Key lime slices

Instructions

  1. Stir together cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press into bottoms of 10 to 12 (8-oz) Mason jars or individual dishes.
  2. Beat cream cheese, condensed milk, yogurt, and lime juice at medium speed with an electric mixer until blended. Spoon over crusts in jars.
  3. Top with whipped topping, and sprinkle with nuts. Garnish, if desired. Serve immediately, or chill up to 1 day before serving.
