Cheesy Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Tenders
Mixed Greens with Peach Wedges and Candied Almonds
Ingredients
- 1½ Tbsp garlic-herb spreadable cheese
- ½ lb chicken tenderloins (about 4)
- 1½ Tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
- 4 slices center cut bacon
- ½ green onion, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Spread garlic-herb cheese over 1 side of each chicken tenderloin; sprinkle with Parmesan. Wrap each tenderloin with 1 slice bacon; place on a greased wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp and chicken is done. Sprinkle with onion.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (5-oz) pkg mixed baby greens
- 1 peach, cut into wedges
- 3 Tbsp refrigerated balsamic dressing (such as Marie's)
- 2 Tbsp coarsely chopped balsamic-glazed almonds mix (such as Sahale Snacks)
Side Dish Instructions
- Combine greens and peach in a bowl. Pour dressing over salad; toss. Top with nuts.
