Gooey Juicy Lucy Burgers
Potato Chips
Ingredients
- ¾ lb ground beef
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 4 slices American cheese
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 hamburger buns, split and toasted
- ½ small head iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1 small tomato, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Stir together beef, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape mixture into 4 thin patties. Place 1 slice cheese on center of 2 patties, tearing to fit. Top with 2 patties, pressing edges to seal.
- Grill patties, covered, 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Top each with 1 slice cheese; let stand until melted.
- Spread mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard on cut side of buns. Serve burgers on buns with lettuce and tomato.

- ½ (8-oz) pkg kettle-cooked potato chips
