Easy Club Sandwiches
Carrot Fries
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp Dijon mustard (or use yellow mustard)
- 1 (1-oz) pkg fresh basil, finely chopped
- 2 (16-oz) loaves French bread, halved lengthwise
- 1 (20-count) pkg thin-sliced provolone cheese
- 1 lb thin deli-sliced turkey
- 1 lb thin deli-sliced ham
- 1 lb thin deli-sliced roast beef
- 1 (16-oz) pkg bacon, cooked until crisp
- 1 (18-count) pkg thin-sliced Cheddar cheese
- 1 (10-oz) pkg angel hair coleslaw
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Stir together mayonnaise, mustard, and basil in a small bowl; spread over cut sides of bread.
- Layer sliced provolone, turkey, ham, roast beef, bacon, Cheddar, sliced tomatoes, and coleslaw over bottom halves of bread. Cover with bread tops.
- For a hot meal, wrap sandwiches in foil, and bake 20 minutes or until cheese melts. Unwrap, and slice to serve.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 (12-oz) pkg carrot sticks
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together all ingredients on a greased rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until carrots are browned and tender.
