Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp Dijon mustard (or use yellow mustard)
  • 1 (1-oz) pkg fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 2 (16-oz) loaves French bread, halved lengthwise
  • 1 (20-count) pkg thin-sliced provolone cheese
  • 1 lb thin deli-sliced turkey
  • 1 lb thin deli-sliced ham
  • 1 lb thin deli-sliced roast beef
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg bacon, cooked until crisp
  • 1 (18-count) pkg thin-sliced Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg angel hair coleslaw

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Stir together mayonnaise, mustard, and basil in a small bowl; spread over cut sides of bread.
  2. Layer sliced provolone, turkey, ham, roast beef, bacon, Cheddar, sliced tomatoes, and coleslaw over bottom halves of bread. Cover with bread tops.
  3. For a hot meal, wrap sandwiches in foil, and bake 20 minutes or until cheese melts. Unwrap, and slice to serve.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg carrot sticks
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together all ingredients on a greased rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
  2. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until carrots are browned and tender.
