Ham-and-Pea Tortellini Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (9-oz) pkg refrigerated whole wheat three-cheese tortellini
  • ¾ cup frozen sweet peas
  • ¼ lb deli low-sodium ham, cut into cubes
  • ⅓ cup freshly shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup refrigerated yogurt Ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Prepare tortellini according to package directions, adding peas during last 2 minutes of cooking; drain and rinse with cold water to cool. Drain well.
  2. Toss together tortellini mixture, ham, cheese, and dressing in a bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
