Ham-and-Pea Tortellini Salad
Carrot Sticks
Ingredients
- 1 (9-oz) pkg refrigerated whole wheat three-cheese tortellini
- ¾ cup frozen sweet peas
- ¼ lb deli low-sodium ham, cut into cubes
- ⅓ cup freshly shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup refrigerated yogurt Ranch dressing
Instructions
- Prepare tortellini according to package directions, adding peas during last 2 minutes of cooking; drain and rinse with cold water to cool. Drain well.
- Toss together tortellini mixture, ham, cheese, and dressing in a bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
