Beefy Tortellini Skillet
Steamed Green Beans and Crunchy Italian Bread with Quick Dipping OilIngredients
- ½ lb ground beef
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 (14.5-oz) can crushed tomatoes with Italian herbs
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ¼ tsp garlic salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 (9-oz) pkg refrigerated cheese tortellini
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Add tomatoes, broth, garlic salt, and pepper; bring to a boil. Add tortellini, cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
- Sprinkle with cheese; let stand 3 minutes or until melted.

- 1 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
- ½ (16-oz) loaf French bread
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper

- Steam green beans according to package directions; season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Heat bread according to package directions.
- Stir together oil, Italian seasoning, garlic salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper; serve with hot bread.
