Grilled Barbecue Pork Chops with Nectarine Slaw
Ingredients
- 6 (6-oz) bone-in pork chops
- 1 Tbsp barbecue seasoning (such as McCormick Grill Mates)
- 1 tsp salt, divided
- 1 tsp pepper, divided
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
- 2 nectarines, halved and thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Sprinkle pork with barbecue seasoning and ½ tsp each salt and pepper. Grill pork, covered, 4 to 5 minutes per side or until done.
- Meanwhile, whisk together vinegar, oil, honey, and ½ tsp each salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add slaw, nectarines, and onions; toss. Serve slaw with pork.
