Grilled Barbecue Pork Chops with Nectarine Slaw

Ingredients

  • 6 (6-oz) bone-in pork chops
  • 1 Tbsp barbecue seasoning (such as McCormick Grill Mates)
  • 1 tsp salt, divided
  • 1 tsp pepper, divided
  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
  • 2 nectarines, halved and thinly sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Sprinkle pork with barbecue seasoning and ½ tsp each salt and pepper. Grill pork, covered, 4 to 5 minutes per side or until done.
  2. Meanwhile, whisk together vinegar, oil, honey, and ½ tsp each salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add slaw, nectarines, and onions; toss. Serve slaw with pork.
