Spicy Pan-Fried Pork Chops
Asian Noodle SaladIngredients
- ¾ lb thin boneless pork chops
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 large egg
- ½ Tbsp water
- ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs (preferably whole wheat)
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp chopped fresh cilantro
- ½ lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Sprinkle pork with salt and red pepper.
- Whisk together egg and water in a shallow bowl. Place panko in a second shallow bowl. Dip pork in egg mixture, letting excess drip off; dredge in panko, pressing gently to adhere.
- Cook pork in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes per side or until done. Sprinkle with cilantro, and serve with lime wedges.

- ½ (11-oz) pkg chopped organic Asian ginger salad kit (such as Taylor Farms)
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

- Prepare salad according to package directions. Add noodles and cilantro; toss.
