Garlic-Butter Shrimp Bake with Zucchini and Tomatoes
Angel Hair PastaIngredients
- 2 lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper
- 2 zucchini, cut into ¼-inch-thick slices
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together shrimp, butter, garlic, red pepper, zucchini, and tomatoes in a large bowl. Spread in a single layer on a large rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until shrimp turn pink; drizzle with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve over pasta.
