Beef and Pepperoni Sloppy Joes
Roasted Potato Wedges
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (3.5-oz) pkg pepperoni, chopped
- 1 (24-oz) can garlic-and-herb pasta sauce
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 (8-count) pkg hamburger buns, toasted
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Cook beef and pepperoni in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Stir in pasta sauce and Italian seasoning; cook 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve beef mixture on buns with cheese.
