California Burger Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • 1 (3-count) pkg romaine lettuce hearts, shredded
  • 1 pineapple, peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 2 avocados, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, cut into half-moons
  • 3 Roma tomatoes, sliced
  • ½ (16-oz) bottle avocado-Ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Combine beef and seasoning; shape into 6 patties. Cook patties in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Slice burgers.
  2. Divide lettuce among 6 bowls. Top each with pineapple, avocado, cucumber, tomatoes, and burgers. Serve with dressing.
