Super Simple Pork Chops
Mashed Sweet Potatoes and Sweet-Tangy ColeslawIngredients
- 2 (5-oz) bone-in pork loin chops
- 2 tsp canola oil
- ¼ tsp dried sage
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Rub pork chops with oil; sprinkle with sage, salt and pepper.
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; add pork chops.
- Cook 4 to 5 minutes per side or until pork chops are done.

- 1⅓ cups prepared mashed sweet potatoes
- 2 cups angel hair coleslaw mix
- 2 tsp canola oil
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Place potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave at HIGH 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring once halfway through cooking.
- Meanwhile, combine coleslaw, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper; toss.
- Serve potatoes and slaw alongside pork chops.
