One-Pot Cheeseburger Dumpling Dinner
Easy Green BeansIngredients
- 1 Tbsp butter
- ½ (16-oz) pkg gnocchi (see Note)
- ½ lb ground beef
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 1 (14.5-oz) can diced tomatoes, drained
- ⅓ cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add gnocchi, and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until toasted. Remove from skillet.
- Cook beef and onion in skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Stir in tomatoes, broth, Worcestershire, and gnocchi. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer 10 minutes or until gnocchi is tender. Stir in cheese.

- ½ lb green beans, trimmed and halved
- ¼ cup water
- 1 Tbsp butter
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Side Dish Instructions
- Place beans and water in a large saucepan.Bring to a boil over high heat. Cover and cook 2 minutes.
- Uncover, and stir in butter. Cook 1 minute or until water evaporates and beans are tender. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and bacon.
