Chicken Spaghetti Casserole
Steamed Green BeansIngredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg spaghetti
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into ½-inch pieces
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (12-oz) jar chicken gravy
- 2 (10-oz) cans diced tomatoes and green chiles
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded colby-Jack cheese
- 1 sleeve round buttery crackers, crushed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well.
- Meanwhile, cook chicken, onion, celery, and garlic in hot oil in a large, deep nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until chicken is done and vegetables are tender.
- Stir in gravy, tomatoes and green chiles, cheese, and pasta; spoon into a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with crackers. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
