Cheesy Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

  • 1½ Tbsp garlic-herb spreadable cheese
  • ½ lb chicken tenderloins (about 4)
  • 1½ Tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 4 slices center cut bacon
  • ½ green onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spread garlic-herb cheese over 1 side of each chicken tenderloin; sprinkle with Parmesan. Wrap each tenderloin with 1 slice bacon; place on a greased wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Bake 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp and chicken is done. Sprinkle with onion.

  • 1 (5-oz) pkg mixed baby greens
  • 1 peach, cut into wedges
  • 3 Tbsp refrigerated balsamic dressing (such as Marie's)
  • 2 Tbsp sliced almonds

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Combine greens and peach in a bowl. Pour dressing over salad; toss. Top with nuts.
