Ingredients

  • ½ (8-oz) block ⅓-less-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 4 soft taco-size whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 (4.4-oz) pkg blueberries
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • 4 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. Spread cream cheese over tortillas. Top with blueberries and nuts; drizzle with honey. Roll up tortillas, and cut into 1- to 2-inch slices.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • ½ cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1½ Tbsp almond butter (or use peanut butter)
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg baby carrots

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Combine yogurt, almond butter, and honey. Serve with carrots .
