Blueberry-Cream Cheese Pinwheels with Honey
Almond Butter Dip with Carrot Sticks
Ingredients
- ½ (8-oz) block ⅓-less-fat cream cheese, softened
- 4 soft taco-size whole wheat tortillas
- 1 (4.4-oz) pkg blueberries
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- 4 tsp honey
Instructions
- Spread cream cheese over tortillas. Top with blueberries and nuts; drizzle with honey. Roll up tortillas, and cut into 1- to 2-inch slices.

- ½ cup fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1½ Tbsp almond butter (or use peanut butter)
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 (16-oz) pkg baby carrots
Side Dish Instructions
- Combine yogurt, almond butter, and honey. Serve with carrots .
