One-Pot Cheeseburger Gnocchi
Chopped Italian SaladIngredients
- 1 Tbsp butter
- ½ (16-oz) pkg gnocchi
- ½ lb ground beef
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 1 (14.5-oz) can diced tomatoes, drained
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add gnocchi, and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until toasted. Remove from skillet.
- Cook beef and onion in same skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Stir in tomatoes, broth, Worcestershire, and gnocchi. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer 10 minutes or until gnocchi is tender. Stir in cheese.
