One-Pot Cheeseburger Gnocchi

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • ½ (16-oz) pkg gnocchi
  • ½ lb ground beef
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 1 (14.5-oz) can diced tomatoes, drained
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add gnocchi, and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until toasted. Remove from skillet.
  2. Cook beef and onion in same skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
  3. Stir in tomatoes, broth, Worcestershire, and gnocchi. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer 10 minutes or until gnocchi is tender. Stir in cheese.
