Chicken Sausage, Kale, and Apple Sauté

Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz) pkg nitrite-free fully cooked apple-chicken sausages, sliced
- 3 Tbsp avocado oil
- 2 sweet apples, sliced
- 1 cup thinly sliced onion
- 2 (5-oz) pkg baby kale
- ½ cup organic chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Cook sausage in hot oil in a Dutch oven or large deep skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage; cook 5 minutes or until browned.
- Remove from Dutch oven, and keep warm. Add apples and onion; cook 5 minutes or until tender.
- Add kale, in batches, and cook 5 minutes or until tender. Add chicken sausage, broth, coconut aminos, and vinegar.
- Cook 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
