Tomato, Olive, and Feta Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2½ Tbsp roasted garlic marinara sauce
  • 1 (12-inch) prebaked ultrathin pizza crust (such as Mama Mary's)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup very thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 heirloom tomato, seeded and thinly sliced
  • ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2½ Tbsp pitted kalamata olives, halved

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Spread marinara sauce over crust. Top with remaining ingredients in order of ingredient listing.
  2. Bake 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Cut into wedges.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • ½ (16-oz) pkg honeydew chunks
  • ½ English cucumber, cut into chunks
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh mint
  • ⅛ tsp kosher salt

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together all ingredients in a bowl.
