Tomato, Olive, and Feta Pizza
Melon and Cucumber TossIngredients
- 2½ Tbsp roasted garlic marinara sauce
- 1 (12-inch) prebaked ultrathin pizza crust (such as Mama Mary's)
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup very thinly sliced red onion
- 1 heirloom tomato, seeded and thinly sliced
- ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2½ Tbsp pitted kalamata olives, halved
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Spread marinara sauce over crust. Top with remaining ingredients in order of ingredient listing.
- Bake 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Cut into wedges.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ½ (16-oz) pkg honeydew chunks
- ½ English cucumber, cut into chunks
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh mint
- ⅛ tsp kosher salt

- Toss together all ingredients in a bowl.
