Tuna, Spinach, and Grape Salad

Ingredients
- ½ cup raw pecans, chopped
- 1 (10-oz) pkg baby spinach
- 4 (5-oz) cans wild-caught albacore tuna, drained
- 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
- 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1½ Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Toast nuts in a dry skillet over medium-high heat 2 to 4 minutes or until fragrant.
- Combine spinach, tuna, grapes, nuts, oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Divide salad among 4 plates.
