Barbecue-Bacon Cheeseburger Nachos

Ingredients

  • 8 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • 1 (11-oz) pkg tortilla chips
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1½ cups vinegar-based barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup chopped dill pickle chips
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain and wipe skillet clean.
  2. Cook beef and onion in same skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and sprinkle with steak seasoning.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange chips on a lightly greased baking sheet; sprinkle with beef mixture, bacon, and cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  4. Drizzle with barbecue sauce, and top with pickles.
  5. Stir together coleslaw, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and honey. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Spoon over nachos.
