Cheesy Sloppy Taco Sliders
Multigrain Tortilla Chips and Salsa
Ingredients
- ¾ lb lean ground beef
- ½ (8-oz) pkg diced three-pepper mix
- ½ (8-oz) pouch skillet taco sauce for ground beef (such as Frontera)
- ¼ cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp thinly sliced red onion
- 2 Tbsp sour cream
- 6 slider buns (preferably whole wheat)
Instructions
- Cook beef and bell peppers in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes or until beef is browned and crumbly. Add skillet sauce; cook 5 to 6 minutes or until simmering.
- Serve beef mixture, cheese, onion, and sour cream on buns.

- ½ (16-oz) container fresh salsa

- Serve chips with desired amount of salsa.
