Cheesy Sloppy Taco Sliders

Multigrain Tortilla Chips and Salsa

Ingredients

  • ¾ lb lean ground beef
  • ½ (8-oz) pkg diced three-pepper mix
  • ½ (8-oz) pouch skillet taco sauce for ground beef (such as Frontera)
  • ¼ cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp thinly sliced red onion
  • 2 Tbsp sour cream
  • 6 slider buns (preferably whole wheat)

Instructions

  1. Cook beef and bell peppers in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes or until beef is browned and crumbly. Add skillet sauce; cook 5 to 6 minutes or until simmering.
  2. Serve beef mixture, cheese, onion, and sour cream on buns.

  • ½ (9-oz) pkg multigrain tortilla chips
  • ½ (16-oz) container fresh salsa

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Serve chips with desired amount of salsa.
