One-Pot Sausage and White Bean Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground sweet Italian sausage
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (15-oz) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (14.5-oz) can petite-diced tomatoes
- 1 (32-oz) carton chicken broth
- 1 (12-oz) pkg bow-tie pasta
- 1 (10-oz) pkg spinach
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook sausage, onion, and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until sausage is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Stir in beans, tomatoes, and broth; bring to a boil. Stir in pasta; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in spinach until wilted. Sprinkle with cheese.
