Creamy Alfredo Baked Pasta

- 1 lb ground beef
- 5 cups gluten-free penne pasta
- 1 (24-oz) jar gluten-free garlic-and-herb pasta sauce (such as Prego)
- 1 (15-oz) jar gluten-free Alfredo sauce
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Italian-blend cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain.
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and return to pot. Stir in pasta sauce, Alfredo sauce, Italian seasoning, beef, and 1 cup cheese; spoon into a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese.
- Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

- 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- ¾ cup gluten-free Ranch dressing
