Creamy Alfredo Baked Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 5 cups gluten-free penne pasta
  • 1 (24-oz) jar gluten-free garlic-and-herb pasta sauce (such as Prego)
  • 1 (15-oz) jar gluten-free Alfredo sauce
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Italian-blend cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and return to pot. Stir in pasta sauce, Alfredo sauce, Italian seasoning, beef, and 1 cup cheese; spoon into a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese.
  3. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg salad mix
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • ¾ cup gluten-free Ranch dressing
