Simple Cheesy Penne Pasta
Red Grapes
Ingredients
- 1 (1-lb) pkg penne pasta
- 1 (32-oz) carton chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded Italian-blend cheese
- 2 cups shredded mild Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Combine pasta and broth in a 6- or 7-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook at HIGH 2½ hours or until pasta is tender, stirring after 1 hour.
- Add cream to pasta, stirring to blend. Add cheeses, stirring until melted. Serve hot.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 lb seedless red grapes
- 1 (3-oz) pkg thin breadsticks (such as Alessi)
Side Dish Instructions
- Serve grapes and breadsticks with pasta.
