Simple Cheesy Penne Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 (1-lb) pkg penne pasta
  • 1 (32-oz) carton chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded Italian-blend cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mild Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine pasta and broth in a 6- or 7-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook at HIGH 2½ hours or until pasta is tender, stirring after 1 hour.
  2. Add cream to pasta, stirring to blend. Add cheeses, stirring until melted. Serve hot.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 lb seedless red grapes
  • 1 (3-oz) pkg thin breadsticks (such as Alessi)

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Serve grapes and breadsticks with pasta.
