Grilled Teriyaki Pork Sandwiches
Sweet Potato Fries with Spicy Dipping SauceIngredients
- 1 (18.4-oz) pkg teriyaki pork tenderloin
- 1 (8-oz) can sliced pineapple, drained
- 1 red onion, cut into ½-inch-thick slices
- 6 hamburger buns, split
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (1-oz) pkg fresh basil, chopped
- ½ head iceberg lettuce, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill pork, covered, 10 minutes per side or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion reads 145°F. Grill pineapple and onion 2 to 3 minutes per side or until charred. Grill buns, cut sides down, 1 minute.
- Let pork stand 5 minutes, and thinly slice. Stir together mayonnaise and basil; spread on cut side of buns. Serve pork on buns with lettuce, pineapple, and onion.

- 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen sweet potato fries
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika (or use regular)
- Dash of cayenne pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake fries according to package directions.
- Stir together mayonnaise and remaining ingredients; serve with fries.
