Garlic-Butter Shrimp Bake with Zucchini and Tomatoes

Angel Hair Pasta


  • ¾ lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
  • ⅓ cup butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 zucchini, cut into ¼-inch-thick slices
  • ½ pint grape tomatoes, halved
  • ½ Tbsp fresh lemon juice


  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together shrimp, butter, garlic, red pepper, zucchini, and tomatoes in a large bowl. Spread in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until shrimp turn pink; drizzle with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve over pasta.
