Bruschetta Chicken Sheet Pan Pizza
Italian Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (22-oz) pkg fully-cooked refrigerated chicken breast strips
- 2 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. .
- Press pizza dough onto a greased large rimmed baking sheet. Spread sauce over dough. Top with cheese, chicken, tomatoes, and onion.
- Bake 20 to 22 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with basil.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ½ (10-oz) pkg Italian salad mix
- ½ (10-oz) pkg shredded carrots
- ½ (6-oz) pkg Italian style croutons
- ¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss greens with carrots, croutons, and vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
