Chicken Thighs with Peanut Sauce
Chopped Asian Salad
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce, divided
- 1½ Tbsp honey, divided
- ½ Tbsp sesame oil
- 1½ Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 3 Tbsp warm water
- 3 Tbsp creamy peanut butter
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Combine 2½ Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp honey, oil, and garlic; brush over chicken on a foil-lined baking sheet. Broil on top oven rack 8 to 10 minutes per side or until done.
- Combine cilantro, water, peanut butter, ½ Tbsp soy sauce, ½ Tbsp honey, and red pepper. Serve sauce with chicken.

- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
