Chicken Caesar Salad Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 (15-oz) pkg already-rolled-out bakery pizza dough
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, halved
- 1½ cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- ¼ tsp dried oregano
- 1 (6.8-oz) pkg kale Caesar salad kit (such as Dole)
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Roll out dough into a 16-inch round on a greased baking sheet; brush with oil. Bake 10 minutes.
- Remove crust from oven; rub with cut sides of garlic. Top with cheese and chicken; sprinkle with oregano. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is done.
- Meanwhile, toss together all salad kit ingredients except croutons. Reserve croutons for another use.
- Top pizza with salad and tomatoes; sprinkle with pepper. Cut into wedges.
