Warm Quinoa Cereal with Pears and Honey
Ingredients
- ¾ cup quinoa
- 3 cups 1% low-fat milk
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 small pears, chopped
- ¼ cup honey
Instructions
- Cook quinoa according to package directions.
- Cook milk, vanilla, and cinnamon in a large saucepan over medium heat until thoroughly heated.
- Divide quinoa among 4 bowls. Top each serving with ¾ cup warm milk, one-fourth pears, and 1 Tbsp honey.
