Grilled Teriyaki Chicken Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1½ Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • ¾ lb chicken tenderloins
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Combine soy sauce, honey, ginger paste, and 1 tsp oil. Toss chicken with 1 tsp oil; thread each chicken tenderloin onto an 8-inch metal or bamboo skewer.
  2. Grill chicken, covered, 3 to 4 minutes per side or until done, basting with soy sauce mixture. Sprinkle with cilantro and sesame seeds.

  • 2 heads baby bok choy, halved lengthwise
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp dark sesame oil

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook bok choy and garlic in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 6 minutes or until just tender; season with salt and pepper to taste.
