Grilled Teriyaki Chicken Skewers
Garlicky Baby Bok Choy
Ingredients
- 1½ Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- ¾ lb chicken tenderloins
- 2 tsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Combine soy sauce, honey, ginger paste, and 1 tsp oil. Toss chicken with 1 tsp oil; thread each chicken tenderloin onto an 8-inch metal or bamboo skewer.
- Grill chicken, covered, 3 to 4 minutes per side or until done, basting with soy sauce mixture. Sprinkle with cilantro and sesame seeds.

- 2 heads baby bok choy, halved lengthwise
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp dark sesame oil
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook bok choy and garlic in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 6 minutes or until just tender; season with salt and pepper to taste.
