Sweet-and-Salty Honey-Glazed Shrimp
Cabbage-Peanut Soba Noodles
Ingredients
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1½ tsp minced ginger
- 1 lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Place shrimp in a large zip-top plastic bag; add half of honey mixture. Let stand 15 minutes; discard marinade.
- Cook shrimp in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 2 minutes per side. Pour remaining half of honey mixture over shrimp; cook 1 minute or until shrimp turn pink. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve over soba noodles.

- ½ (8-oz) pkg soba noodles
- ½ (16-oz) pkg angel hair coleslaw
- ¼ cup gluten-free Thai peanut sauce (such as San-J)
- 3 Tbsp roasted, salted peanuts
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package directions, adding slaw during last 1 minute of cooking; drain. Toss with peanut sauce; sprinkle with nuts.
