Sheet Pan Spicy Chicken and Broccoli
Basil RiceIngredients
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 (0.7-oz) envelope zesty Italian dressing mix
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper
- 2 lemons, thinly sliced
- ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together butter, chicken, broccoli, dressing mix, and red pepper in a large bowl.
- Arrange lemon slices on a large parchment-lined rimmed baking sheet; pour chicken mixture over lemons, and spread in an even layer.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is done; sprinkle with parsley, and serve over rice.

- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
