Chicken Parmesan Salad
Garlic BreadIngredients
- 1 (24-oz) pkg frozen breaded popcorn chicken
- 2 (12-oz) pkg classic salad mix
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 (5-oz) carton shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 (6-oz) pkg garlic croutons
- ½ (16-oz) bottle Ranch dressing
Instructions
- Bake chicken according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, toss together salad mix, tomatoes, cheese, and croutons; divide among 6 plates. Top with chicken, and drizzle with desired amount of dressing.

- 1 (16-oz) loaf French bread, halved lengthwise
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Place bread, cut sides up, on a baking sheet. Combine butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl; spread over cut sides of bread. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat 1 to 2 minutes or until browned and crisp.
