Blackberry and Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen blackberries
  • 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 2 cups fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups 1% low-fat milk
  • ¼ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1½ cups crushed or cubed ice

Instructions

  1. Combine blackberries, strawberries, yogurt, milk, and brown sugar in a blender; cover and pulse to blend.
  2. Add ice; cover and pulse until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
  3. Pour smoothie into glasses.
