Bacon-Wrapped Baked Eggs
Apple and Brown Sugar Toss
Ingredients
- 8 slices center-cut bacon
- 8 large eggs
- 2 Tbsp chopped green onions
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Coat 4 cups of a 6-count muffin pan or 4 (6- to 8-oz) ramekins with cooking spray. Line each cup or ramekin with 2 bacon slices.
- Crack 2 eggs in each muffin cup or ramekin. Sprinkle evenly with green onions, salt and pepper.
- Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until eggs are set.

- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp brown sugar
